I have been considering freelancing PHP/Mysql for simple projects.  I’m having a hard time finding a good freelance web site for programmers.  There are a lot of freelancing sites but for the most part it seems like they are flooded with freelancers and too few employers.  Another big problem I have seen is the amount some people expect to pay for serious work.

Do you know of any good web sites or even forums for a programmer looking to do some freelance work?  If you have ever done any freelance work what are your opinions on freelancing?
